3. Compliance with Regulations
The client agrees to use the services in accordance with the regulations and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and bears full responsibility for any content or data managed through the services.
Sadiq Al-Taqnia assumes no responsibility for any unlawful or illegal use of the services.
4. Security Monitoring Systems
Sadiq Al-Taqnia operates under the necessary regulatory licenses to supply and install surveillance camera systems within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
It also provides technical and consulting support to assist clients in fulfilling security permit requirements according to applicable regulations, without being an official licensing or authorizing body.
5. Technical Security Solutions
Sadiq Al-Taqnia offers solutions and technologies aimed at enhancing the protection of systems and networks according to best professional practices, without being a regulatory or supervisory entity.
6. Payments
The client is obligated to pay all financial dues on the specified dates.
Sadiq Al-Taqnia reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in the event of late payment without incurring any liability to the client.
7. Technical Project Implementation
Project implementation commences after the offer is approved and the agreed-upon payment is made.
Any delay in client approval may result in project rescheduling.
Refunds are not permitted after implementation has commenced or if costs have been paid to a third party (such as licenses, servers, or domains).
8. Service Continuity
Sadiq Al-Taqnia makes every effort to ensure service continuity and is not liable for any interruption resulting from:
• External service providers
• General internet outages
• Circumstances beyond its control
9. Intellectual Property
All rights related to systems, software, methodologies, or technical materials developed by Sadiq Al-Taqnia are reserved unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
10. Confidentiality
Sadiq Al-Taqnia is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information exchanged within the scope of work, in accordance with the regulations applicable in the Kingdom.
11. Service Suspension
Sadiq Al-Taqnia has the right to suspend or discontinue service in the event of:

• Late payment
The customer shall not be entitled to compensation as a result.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by the regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
1. Sadiq Al-Taqnia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss
of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
2. Friend of Technology's liability, if any, is limited to the value of the service in dispute during the relevant contractual period.
3. No liability shall apply if the damage results from misuse, unauthorized interference, or breach by the client.
13. Website Use
1. The website user agrees not to attempt to hack the website or its systems or introduce any malicious software.
2. All content published on the website is owned by or licensed to Friend of Technology and may not be reused without written permission.
3. Friend of Technology reserves the right to modify, update, or partially or completely suspend the website's content without prior notice.
